Alan Menninga
I have a master's electrical license as well as a residential, industrial, and commercial wiring degree from NITC Community College (now NCC in Sheldon, IA). I started in the electrical business when I was seventeen-years-old and now have over thirty-five years of experience with approximately 90 thousand logged hours in the electric industry. In my free time, I love spending time with my four children and beautiful wife. I love being outdoors and going mountain biking. 
Gatlin Menninga
I am Alan's son and started working for Integrity Electric in the summer of 2018. Working for my dad has taught me grit and responsibility. I am currently going to school at DMACC for business and photography. I enjoy playing sports in my free time, going to the lake, and golfing with my dad. 
Maddux Ashman
I started working for Integrity electric in May of 2025. I graduated from Oskaloosa High school where I took the construction trades program, and figured out I enjoyed doing electrical work. I plan on going through the apprenticeship program and getting my journeyman license. In my free time I like to hangout with friends and family, golf, and go boating. |
Scott Kooistra
I started working for Integrity Electric in November 2019. I enjoy the diversity of the different projects we work on as well as all the different people we get to come in contact with to help them with their electrical needs. I have 20+ years in the construction industry with experience in low voltage technologies and 8 years in the electrical field. I’m currently working towards becoming a licensed electrician. I live in Ottumwa and enjoy going to church and spending time with my family and friends. 
Brandon Cook
I have been doing electrical work since 2012. I currently have my Journeymen's license. I started with Integrity Electric in August 2023. I love spending time with my beautiful wife and amazing kids. I enjoy camping, discing and ice fishing. Wiring the world one project at a time. 
David Arduser
I am married with two kids. I have written and published 7 novels. I have over 20 years of manufacturing experience, as welll as 10 years experience in genernal/electrical contracting work, with a specialty in IT and network installation. I began with Integrity in July of 2025. |
Tabitha Belcher
I was born and raised in California and have been in the Midwest since 1994. I have 4 incredible children that have given me 10 amazing Grandchildren. I enjoy camping in the summer with my family. I have had the pleasure of working for Integrity Electric since July 2020. 
Nelson Espinoza
I'm starting my journey in the electrical trade, recently joining the Integrity Electric family in June of 2024. I look forward to learning from this group of knowledgeable men and providing amazing service to every customer. |
Rafael McAnally
I joined the Integrity Electric family August 2021. In addition to my years of electrical experience and two years of training at the ABC electrical trade school in Grimes, IA, I have my Associates Degree in Applied Science for Construction Technology from Gwenett Technical College in Lawrenceville, GA. Being dedicated to craftmanship and providing every customer with the highest quality of service, Integrity Electric has proven to be a great fit for me. I am a member of Northgate Church in Ottumwa, IA and enjoy filling my free time with God, Family, Friends and helping others. |
